Open the front cover

of AHF module

To clean the cooling fans, AHF module of other brands has to be taken out, and module cover has to be dismantled. A lot labor cost is incurred especially in Developed countries. By contrast, to clean the cooling fan of Chindow Electric’s AHF module, it is only required to open the cover of cabinet & front cover of AHF module, which saves time and money, especially in developed countries.

Chindow AHF boasts its Lower failure due to delicate parts being protected against dust   

Cooling fans directly blow over the IGBT, driver board, SMPS and control board, consequently dust gathers on the surface of the delicate control board, which is of higher risk of failure.

The IGBT, driver and control board, SMPS of Chindow are fully protected against the dust as they are arranged in an IP65 chamber so that the cooling fans only blow over the heat sink and inductor.

The phase sequence of current transformer (CT) can be corrected by selecting the corresponding sequence on touch screen if the CTs are placed in wrong sequence

If CT is in wrong sequence

By changing the ratio of Hall senser to “minus” on touch screen (for example,  -1000/5), the direction of Hall sensor can be corrected  if the Hall sensor is placed in wrong direction

Chindow AHF can be used as SVG simply by selection of function to work as 100% AHF, or 100% SVG, or partially AHF and partially SVG with percentage to be set as your wish, for example, 60% output for AHF, 40% for SVG
